Collbaix Celler el Molí will be exhibiting at the first edition of Barcelona Wine Week (BWW). The event, organised by Alimentaria Exhibitions and the Spanish Wine Federation (FEV), aims to become the largest showcase for quality Spanish wine for national and international operators. Expected to span more than 30,000 m2 of exhibition space and draw around 600 exhibitors, the disruptive new trade show has met with a very warm reception from Spanish companies, institutions and organisations in the industry.
Collbaix Celler el Molí will be attending BWW along with five other wineries from the DO Pla de Bages wine region. Specifically, it will share space with the Les Acàcies winery (Avinyó). Collbaix Celler el Molí will run stand C648. The winery will present virtually all its wines at an event offering a variety of experiences, such as tasting sessions linked to music and art and courses on the latest industry trends. The BWW activity programme aims to offer visitors a 360-degree wine experience.
According to Josep Maria Claret, head of Collbaix Celler el Molí, BWW ‘is a key event for Catalan wine’ and attending will be ‘a magnificent opportunity for us to introduce ourselves to people and continue internationalising’. Collbaix Celler el Molí’s organic products, recently awarded the Biosphere seal, bear witness to the winery’s commitment to environmental, economic and social sustainability and exemplify its respectful business practices.
